Grinding Balls Specification:
Forged steel ball is a newly emerged technology in recent years. The process principle is that two screwedroll molds rotate in the same direction and drive the steel rod to rotate in the opposite direction and move forward to produce the balls of desired sizes under the force of the mold.
Forged grinding steel ball is a kind of crushing medium used in ball mill. The wear-resistant steel ball used to crush the
material in the mill is also called wear-resistant medium for grinding machine. It is a consumable. Its main purpose is to grind
the material to make the material finer to meet the use standards. It is mainly used in mines, power plants, cement plants, steel
plants, silica sand plants, coal chemical industry and other fields.

The production process of forged ball mainly includes air hammer forging and rotary cutting and rolling.
Features of forged ball
Material: Forged ball uses high-quality raw steel as material
Impact toughness: The impact toughness of forged ball is greater than 12 joules
Breakage rate: The breakage rate of forged ball is less than 0.5%
Surface quality: The surface of forged ball is smooth, without pouring mouth, sand hole and ring band
Hardness: The surface hardness of forged ball is between HRC56-HRC65, the core hardness is between HRC54-62, and the overall hardness is high and uniform Wear resistance: The wear resistance of forged ball is better than that of cast ball, and the service life is longer, which can reduce the use cost and improve the enterprise efficiency.

1. Raw material - All our raw material is ordered from Chinese largest steel Laiwu Steel and Benxi Steel mills, we have the ability to develop custom-made raw materials according to the different requirements.
2.Heating- We used the electric furnace to heating the raw material,to ensure the average heating .
3. Water Quenching- We have mutual experience on water quenching to keep the average hardness and low breakage.
